I do my best to accommodate requests to reschedule. There is usually no charge to reschedule if it is done a week in advance. If there is a health concern, please contact me and we will find a way to meet at a different time. Clients cancelling less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit.
*Digital files for which you purchase printing rights are delivered to you via a Dropbox folder link which will be live for up to two years. During this period, you can download your photos any number of times. I do not store your photos past this time. If you contact me at a later date with a request to recover the photos, I am happy to look into this. I may be able to do it and the recovery cost is $150.
